RETweet
What it does:
RETweet enables your organisation to view your constituents' Twitter activity directly in The Raiser’s Edge. There are two versions of this product: RETweet and RETweet Professional.
With RETweet you can view a constituent's recent tweets, followers, following and keep up to date with your supporters' interests to make your communications as targeted as possible and ensure you never miss an opportunity to engage.
RETweet Professional goes even further, allowing you to search twitter directly in RE, using standard search terms or hashtags. Once you find twitter users whom you recognise as supporters or want to connect with you can search for them within RE, using a fuzzy search to ensure you don’t create duplicates. You can also add twitter users as constituents, add their tweets and bio to their notepad and add specific constituent codes and attributes too.
