Audit Trail

Special Olympics Ireland logo

We've used Audit Trail for the last year now and it's been an invaluable tool, helping us identify weaknesses in our data entry processes. The Field Profile and Audit Standards functionality enables us to pin-point fields with incorrectly entered data (e.g. non-capitalised letters in First Name, incorrect email address and date-of-birth formats, etc.). By identifying users who make these entries we've been able to target our training and reinforce end-users confidence in using the Raiser's Edge.

We're really excited about this release. I think this has game changing potential, partially due to it not being an Outlook integration. Non-profits still using a Microsoft infrastructure would be very wise to look further afield, and support for The Raiser's Edge within Google Apps is a huge potential goldmine. Well done!

Chimpegration

WWF Canada logo

We are very excited to be able to work with Chimpegration. Developing our own integration was not a prospect that we even considered because of the time and cost that would be involved. We are expecting that Chimpegration will be a very cost effective solution for us. Zeidman Development have been very responsive to our needs and helpful through the testing phase. We have had really good experiences using Zeidman's ID Lookup in the past and are looking forward to this new relationship.

IDLookup

Centrepoint Logo

We have found IDLookup an invaluable tool for avoiding the creation of duplicates during bulk imports, and have included it as a step in all of our bulk processing procedures. Each of these features a stage where a standardised .csv file is extracted for running against IDLookup (enabling the use of a standard mapping file), the Output file from which is then used to supply ConsID numbers for the import file - this also enables us to easily identify those donors that are not already on the database and import them as new constituents.

We are also using IDLookup for deduping the main database itself, as it is far more powerful than the duplicate-checking functionality built into Raiser's Edge.

The Mergician

Breakthrough Breast Cancer logo

We are finding the Mergician very useful as it has allowed us to clean up a large backlog of duplicate records, of which we had been aware for some time but never had the resources to merge them all manually. The merging of addresses/phone numbers is a great feature and it’s very helpful to automatically identify the merged Cons ID in the aliases. All in all we are extremely pleased with the tool.
